The PRISMA program began in 2010. Aiming to provide effective social inclusion and offering the opportunity for training and hiring of people with disabilities in Brazil. It recognizes their potential and proves people can achieve their professional and financial autonomy through active participation within organizations. Currently, Magnesita has various employees with physical, hearing, and visual disabilities working in its units throughout Brazil.
